Booking Terms & Conditions

Minimum booking requirement: 1 week

Earliest check in time: 15.00 hrs

Latest check out time:  11.00 hrs

10% deposit required upon booking. This will be stated in the email reply to your accommodation enquiry.

Balance to be paid by bank transfer prior to arrival.

No smoking or vaping inside villa.

No pets allowed.

No events (Parties, etc) to be held during your stay. The villa is set in a quiet residential area and we fully respect our neighbours way of life.

Any misuse of the villa or disturbances caused may halt your stay immediately and you will be asked to leave, without any refund.

If any additional persons or change of persons as listed in your booking enquiry arrive then they/you may be refused use of the villa. All changes to persons originally listed must be disclosed to the owners prior to your arrival. All requested changes must be made through the “Contact Us” section of the website. The owners reserve the right to refuse your change of booking without refund.
